I have to say dealing with Johnathan was a fantastic experience. I purchased a property in Florida through Johnathan as my broker, he made the experience go smoothly. I do not live in the area and he handled the transaction for me every step of the way. When I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Johnathan informed my attorney every step of the way to what was going on, he also was in contact with the condo association for me. After settlement, I asked Johnathan to handle a few more issues I had they were done immediately. Paula is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand your property requirements and finds the best properties for you. I live in Ocala and buying a condo in WPB. Since I am out of the area, Paula face- timed with me to look at properties. Paula is so professional, it was like I was walking alongside of her as she pointed out items in the condo and building. Her knowledge of the area and each building was amazing. Paula went out of her way to assist me in many ways, that in my opinion, not many agents do.
